ORDER RELATED QUERIES:
HOW WILL YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER?
To place your order browse through the products and choose the relevant size (if you are not sure of the size, refer the size info to find the correct size) and click on the ‘Add to Bag’ button (you can add multiple products in your bag).

‘In my bag’, you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order.

Once the bag is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.

HOW WILL YOU RECEIVE YOUR ORDER?
We will ship your product on your mentioned shipping address and your orders will be delivered to your doorstep through a trusted courier partner. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

HOW WILL YOU GET CONFIRMATION THAT YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED SUCCESSFULLY?
We’ll send an email with your order information to confirm and another email when your order is shipped out. However, the order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card/debit card and address details have been approved and verified, unless it’s a COD.

WHAT WILL HAPPEN, IF THE ORDER WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL BUT THE MONEY GOT DEDUCTED TRANSACTING THROUGH CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS OR NET BANKING?
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days.

HOW SHOULD YOU CHECK THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER?
Once your order is placed, we will send you confirmation of your order details over email and sms. Again, once we dispatch your shipment you will be notified via sms. In case of any unusual event which delays your order, you would receive a special update from our end.

HOW DO YOU CANCEL YOUR ORDER?
You can raise the cancellation request for items or orders by visiting the My Orders section.

After the cancellation request has been accepted, we’ll send you a confirmation mail along with the refund details to the registered e-mail address.

If the order is already shipped, we wouldn’t be able to cancel it. However, you can refuse to accept the shipment and the amount will be refunded back in case of prepaid orders.

ARE THERE ANY COD CHARGES?
You will be levied a COD charge of Rs.25 for every product to your order. For example, if your order includes three products, you will be levied a COD charge of Rs.75.

IS IT SAFE TO SHOP ONLINE IF YOU MAKE PAYMENT USING NET BANKING, DEBIT CARD OR CREDIT CARD?
All Credit Card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.

WHY ARE YOU NOT GETTING ANY COD OPTION ON THE PAYMENT PAGE?
It means cash on delivery is not serviceable by our courier partners at your location postal code but you can always opt for Net Banking or Credit/Debit Card.

IS THERE ANY HIDDEN CHARGE?
There are absolutely no hidden charges. You pay only the amount that you see in your order summary.

WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IF YOUR PAYMENT FAILS?
Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process.

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days.

3. TRACKING RELATED QUERIES:
WHAT IS THE TIME PERIOD FOR DELIVERY OF AN ORDER?
Delivery date is dependent on the product and the delivery pin code. To check the expected delivery date for a product, please enter your Pin code in the box named ‘Check delivery details’ on the Product Page. Please note that actual delivery time may vary due to an unexpected circumstance.

DO YOU CHARGE EXTRA FOR SHIPPING CHARGES?

RETURN RELATED QUERIES:
In case of any issue or defect in any or all of the pieces of the Multipack/Combo products, you are required to return all the products.

All products purchased from jacario.com, except boxers and nightwear shorts , are applicable for return. Customers can return their order within 15 days of the order delivery.

All returns must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

The product amount will be refunded once we have received the products and quality check is done.

To schedule a return, please fill in the Return Form which is available in the ‘My Orders’ section of your Account. The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pin codes.

If you choose to self-ship your product(s), you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped product(s), we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.

We do not have an exchange or replacement policy. You can return the product, and use the Jacario wallet refund received against the returned product to place a new order as per your convenience.

REFUND RELATED QUERIES:
WHAT ARE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE REFUND?
You can ask for a refund against any of your order within 15 days of its date of delivery. If you are a guest user you will need to register with the email address which you had used to place your order to access wallet.

HOW LONG THE REFUND PROCEDURE TAKES?
The refund procedure will be initiated within 24 hours once we receive your product. Once initiated, the amount will reflect in your corresponding account.

IF YOU HAVEN’T RECEIVED YOUR REFUND AMOUNT YET, WHAT SHOULD YOU DO?
We update our customers through emails once we initiate the refund procedure.

If our last email states that we have initiated the refund procedure, kindly wait for the process to complete.
